    Dear Sirs, on behalf of Himtek Engineering (http://himtek.ru/en, Sintez OKA Group of companies, the largest producer of ethanolamines and alkylethanolamines in Russia, a leading manufacturer of hydroxyethylated products, include non-ionic surfactants, polyether polyols, polycarboxylate ethers, etc.) I would like to express my respect and talk with you regarding some options of potential collaboration. For the time being we consider some new projects to expand our product portfolio and looking for the technology/business partner for commercial production of alkyl polyglycosides (APGs) from long-chain fatty alcohols and glucose monohydrate (dextrose). We have clear understanding of the Russian & CIS market and its forecast of growth. Based on this data we are ready to start a prefeasibility study with a target to have a decision to go forward. Taking into account that Yangzhou Chenhua New Material Co., Ltd is one of the leading producers of APGs in China we would like to invite you to take part in this project as one of the potential partners. In connection with mentioned above, I would like to ask you some questions: • Do you have your own APGs production technology? • Could you consider the possibility of the licensing?
